Thomas James “Tom” Peragine, 69, dies
Born Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 1956, on Long Island, N.Y., Thomas James Peragine, known to friends and family as Tom or Tommy, passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 25, 2025, in Sacramento, Calif., at the age of 69.
