The Agriculture and New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund is pleased to announce it will be sponsoring livestreams of two New York Sire Stakes county fair racing events this season. The first will take place on opening day of the Hemlock Little World’s Fair in Livingston County on Tuesday (July 16), followed by the Wayne County Fair in Palmyra on Monday (Aug. 12).
