Cirrus De Vie ties all-age track record at Butler Fair
The late horseman Terry Schoeffel was very proud of his star horse Audie K, who set the track record of 2:00.2 at the Big Butler Fair way back in 1992 (racing for a purse of $925).

It started out as another fun day at the races for lifelong area resident Tom May. May had been coming to the fairgrounds in Circlevile, Ohio as a member of 4H, competing and showing for years, and one of his aspirations was to be in the 72-year-old track’s winner’s circle.
