Garden State Trot No. 8 rescheduled
Horsepeople are advised that, due to a conflict caused by preseason NFL football at MetLife Stadium, the Garden State Trot No. 8, sponsored by the Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey, has been rescheduled to Friday, Aug. 15, at the Meadowlands.
Meadowlands stallion payment information
A payment equal to 50% of one 2023 breeding fee (or a minimum of $1,000) will be required on those stallions standing in North America for the 2023 breeding season to make their foals of 2024 eligible to be nominated to Meadowlands Early Closers for the life of the horse is due (postmarked by) Sept. 1, 2025.
Home Grown Pace rescheduled
Horsepeople are advised that the Home Grown Pace No. 8, sponsored by the Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey, has been rescheduled to Friday, Aug. 8, at the Meadowlands.
Pennsylvania Sire Stakes date change announced
There will be a change of date for the second leg of the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes and Stallion Series for 3-year-old trotting colts at Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania.

Yearling payments for the Parshall Futurity are due this week and must be postmarked by May 15.
