Oxford, IN — A festival celebrating iconic pacer Dan Patch will take place April 26-28, in Oxford, Ind.

The three-day event features barn tours, music, speakers at the Oxford Heritage House, a visit from the Harness Horse Youth Foundation, and complimentary birthday cupcakes on April 27 in commemoration of Dan Patch’s 128th birthday.
