Edgerton, OH — The Spring Haven Farm Ladies Driving Series concluded its 2023 season on Tuesday (Sept. 19) at the Delaware County Fair in Delaware, Ohio.

Mandy Jones and Devan Miller were knotted for the lead in the series heading into the race at Delaware. When the smoke cleared, Miller had piloted Fred’s Nightmare to a victory in 1:55. That win gave her the championship for 2023 with 543 points. Jones finished in second place with 493 points.

Vickielynne Lake came next with 438 points and was followed closely by Emma Wahlberg with 425 points. Jennifer Main picked up fifth place with 305 points.

Leslie Joyce, Bobbie Jo Brewer, Emily Hay, Ann Russell, and Laurie-Farness Smith rounded out the top ten with 293, 262, 251, 177, and 73 points, respectively.

Miller will be honored for her championship at the Ohio Fair Racing Conference Awards Banquet on Nov. 18 at the Ward Adams American Legion Hall near Ridgeville Corners, Ohio.
