Altamont, IL – The races for Sunday (Aug. 2) at the Effingham County Fair are postponed until Monda (Aug. 3) with first post at noon. Only the Jeffers Stakes will be run from Sunday’s card, the overnights are cancelled. Then racing will continue with Monday’s card.
