Vernon, NY — The 2023 Empire Breeders Classic 3-year-old trotting stakes will be raced at Vernon Downs on the afternoon of Friday (June 16). Post time is 12:15 p.m.

Should there be ten or fewer entries there will be a single division for the amount of the entire purse. Should more than ten be entered, the race will be split by lot (after separating common interests) into divisions with the purse divided evenly between those and the entry fee split accordingly.

There is also a NYSS for 3-year-old colt pacers scheduled for Friday.

The box will close at 9 a.m. on Monday (June 12). The condition sheet, stakes conditions and list of eligible horses are all available on the web.
