Father and son in dead heat win at Farmington Fair

Farmington, ME — Kevin Switzer and his son, Kevin Switzer, Jr., finished in a dead heat for win in the sixth race at the Farmington Fair on Friday afternoon (Sept. 21).

It was probably inevitable that Maine’s 2011 leading driver, Kevin Switzer, Jr. (306 wins), and his dad, Kevin Switzer (190 wins), Maine’s third runner-up in the driver’s standings, would end up crossing the wire together.

NF Beach Candy is trained by Adrian Wisher who shares ownership with partner Debron Stables and Regina Equorum is trained by Justin Merton and owned by Douglas Smith.
