Cumberland, ME — First Tracks Cumberland management is excited to announce a new member to their team, Race Secretary Rob Pennington.

Pennington brings with him 10 years of experience in the racing department. He was formerly the assistant Race Secretary at Harrah’s Philadelphia from 2017-2022. He started out in 2014 working at Freehold Raceway as an assistant to Karen Fagliarone and quickly made a name for himself.

Pennington is a native of Marion, Ohio and began working for top trainers such as Delvin Criswell, John Duer and Noel Daley as a young teen.

“I am beyond excited for this great opportunity to work with both the horsemen and officials at First Tracks Cumberland,” said Pennngton.

Racing at First Tracks Cumberland begins on April 14.
