The traditional Prix de France at Vincennes, which is always run a fortnight after the Prix d’Amerique, had Go on Boy with his trainer Romain Derieux in the sulky as the favorite, and the pair did not let their supporters down.
Romain Derieux drove offensively with his top trotter and sat in the lead early – a position the pair easily held out to win the race in 1.52.4 (Mile rate).
There was a tough battle for second place as Inmarosa with Leo Abrivard secured it just ahead of Swedish Don Fanucci Zet with Paul Phillipe Ploquin
The purse for the winner was 180,000 Euros.
