Bangor, ME – Maine’s fabled agricultural fair season kicks off on Thursday (July 20) as harness racing will be featured, with pari-mutuel wagering, at historic Bass Park with post time slated for 6 p.m. (EDT).
A nine race program, featuring twin $15,000+ splits of Maine Sire stakes action will be raced under the lights on Thursday with programs and wagering outlets mimicking Bangor Raceway’s vast simulcast and on track networks.
Racing will then make an encore appearance at the Bangor State Fair on Wednesday (Aug. 5) with post time again scheduled for 6 p.m.
