Columbus, OH – The HarnessRacing.com Show, presented by the Standardbred Horse Sales Company, scheduled for 12:30 p.m. (EDT; locally 11:30 a.m. CDT) on Saturday, May 16, will feature the inaugural $500,000 Oak Grove Trotting Derby and $300,000 Oak Grove Trotting Oaks at Oak Grove Racing and Gaming.
Hosted by Wendy Ross, the show can be seen on U.S. Trotting Association social media platforms: Facebook and YouTube. Ross will be joined by former trainer and social media influencer Roy Dinges as co-host.
Scheduled to appear as guests are driver Jason Bartlett, trainer Chris Beaver and a track representative from Oak Grove Racing.
Bartlett will drive 2-1 morning-line favorite and 2025 Breeders Crown 2-Year-Old Colt & Gelding Trot winner Spencer Hanover for trainer Marcus Melander in the Derby and Custom for Per Engblom in the Oaks. Beaver will send out 5-2 morning-line second choice Endurance with driver Andrew McCarthy in the Derby.
