Italian mare Ampia Mede Sm on top of the world

Vincennes, FR – She might be the best trotting mare in the world at present, the 7-year-old Italian mare, Ampia Mede Sm.

After her second place in the Prix d’Amerique and win the Prix de France, she won the Prix de Paris, the marathon race over 4150 meter at Vincennes Sunday afternoon.

Ampia Mede Sm is trained by Fabrice Souloy  and with Franck Nivard in the bike got 180.000 Euro for the win and alone in the three big races mentioned above, she has added $610.000 Euro to her life time earnings, which now is at a total of $1.293.096 Euro.

Ampia Mede Sm came to Fabrice Souloy early 2021 and he has developed her into a top trotter.

Ampia Mede Sm has raced 28 times in France and has won 15 races and 1.038.750 she has taken a mark of 1.52.1 (mile rate) at the distance 1 5/16 mile.

Ampia Mede Sm is sired by the French Sire Ganymede and hails from a maternal Danish line, who also include Swedish top trotter, Queen L, who won the Prix d’Amerique.
