Italian trotter is world’s fastest so far in 2024

The 6-year-old Italian trotter Cosmo Spritz, with Andrea Farolfi, won in 1:52.2f Wednesday afternoon (Jan. 31) at the La Maura track in Milan.

This is the fastest 2024 time so far in the world by a trotter. In the United States the leaders are Dover In Motion and Kildare King, who both have won in 1:52.3f.

Cosmo Spritz is trained by Andrea Zarsetto and sired by Igor Font (he by Andover Hall). Cosmo Spritz has raced 39 times and has 16 wins. He has lifetime earnings of 115,832 Euro. Cosmo Spritz lowered his mark from 1:55.3f.
