Harrington, DE — For the second straight night at Harrington Raceway, a sizeable upset occurred in the feature race as Bob Shahan’s Jett Propelled ($32.40, Jason Thompson) was a 1:57.1 winner on a very windy Tuesday (April 15) in the $18,000 Mares Open.
The 4-year-old Roddy’s Bags Again mare set all the fractions from her rail post and was a half-length winner over Cindy Joe and Awesome Hill.

It was her initial win of the season and 13th of her career for Shahan, who also trains the mare. Most of her wins and nearly $275,000 earned lifetime has come from Delaware stakes engagements in the Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF).
Tony Morgan had three wins on the card. Montrell Teague, Russell Foster and Ross Wolfenden each had a driving double.
