Jimmy Freight is now standing at Tara Hills Stud.

Over a six-year racing career, Jimmy Freight earned over $1.7 million and took his lifetime best mark of 1:48 at age 7, winning the C$100,000 Mohawk Gold Cup, a race he won twice, in 2019 and 2022.

At age 2 and 3 Jimmy Freight was a multiple OSS Gold leg winner and he won the C$225,000 OSS Super Final at age 3. He was five-for-five in the OSS at age 3 and took home the O’Brien Award for Canada’s top 3-year-old pacing colt.

In 85 career starts he finished 37-18-14.

Jimmy Freight’s first crop raced in 2023. From 24 foals he had 15 starters, including Resilience p,2,1:52s ($113,626) a 2-year-old pacing filly OSS Gold winner and C$100,000 Jimmy Freight Final winner and Cowboy Cargo ($75,372), a second place finisher in the Jimmy Freight and fourth (off two lengths) in the C$300,000 OSS Super Final.
