Cave City, KY – Larry Wayne Columbia Jr., husband of Anita Columbia passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024, in Cave City, KY.

He was born May 29, 1967, in Lexington, KY to Mary Columbia and the late Larry Wayne Columbia Sr. Larry was an entrepreneur and received many awards for his business ethics. He had owned multiple Dominoes chains, along with a Corleonis Pizza. He had owned, trained and raced horses, working with Standardbred Racing.

He and Anita worked with the program N.O.W. and are foster parents for special needs adults. Larry loved all people. Other than his wife and mother, he is survived by his children, Colton Columbia, Caden Columbia, Cayenne Columbia, Maria Davis, Craig Davis, Dustin Davis, William Brown and Luke Ballard Jr.; sister, Jennifer (Ryan) Sward; aunt, JoAnn Tipton; mother-in-law, Sue Davis; and 13 step-grandchildren. Other than his father, he is preceded in death by a brother, James Columbia.

A noon service will take place Friday, March 22, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Main St. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5 – 8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. – noon Friday at the funeral home.
