East Rutherford, NJ — Cash prizes and seats in the National Harness Handicapping Championship are up for grabs at a handicapping tournament on Saturday (Dec. 4) at Meadowlands Racetrack.

The prize pool is estimated at $12,000 (based on 120 entries) with payouts to the Top 10. Plus, players keep their bankrolls. Walk-up entries will be taken between 5 and 6 p.m. at Raceworld Teletheater on the Paddock Level.

Saturday recap show shortened to half-hour in December

Starting Dec. 4, the remaining Saturday SNY/TVG Meadowlands recap shows of the year will be shortened from one hour to a half-hour in length.

“We anticipate we will be carding 10 races on Saturdays in December,” said Director of Simulcasting Sam McKee. “Since this is a slow time of year for out-of-town stakes races and other content options, we have decided to shorten the Saturday recap shows to 30 minutes in December.”

In addition to the recap show, fans can watch free Meadowlands replays at RaceReplays.com.

Meadowlands Racetrack is also beta testing video replays within the results charts on www.MeadowlandsRacetrack.com (click on Video Replay in the top right corner of each race chart).

Archived video from the 2010 meet is available under the My Racetrack feature on the site. Additionally, stakes replays are available within the Stakes Schedule under the Horsemen’s Section (from March 14 onward) and on Meadowlands Racetrack’s YouTube channel.
