Raised By Lindy got the lead from post six and set fractions of :27.1, :55.2, and 1:23.2 while having 1-5 favorite M-M’s Dream and driver David Miller to her outside. M-M’s Dream got to the front at the top of the stretch and won by three-quarters of a length.

M-M’s Dream is a daughter of Swan For All-Trading Places trained by Ron Burke for owners Eleven Star Stables, Frank Baldachino, and Hillside Stables. She was bred by Mervin Miller. The 4-year-old mare has won seven of 10 races this season and 25 of 31 in her career, earning $1.25 million.

Her triumph in the Miss Versatility was the fifth in her last six starts.

“She has been a blessing; I cannot explain how important and how special she is,” Eleven Star Stables’ Henry Graber said. “She just seems to always do it by herself. She does not like to lose a race.”

Burke won the Miss Versatility for the second consecutive year. He won last year’s race with Atlanta.

M-M’s Dream paid $2.40 to win.
