East Rutherford, NJ — With four MADC races on tap Saturday night (Sept. 9), these events were highly contested and competitive.

In the end, Joe Lee pulled off two victories on the night aboard I Get That in the fourth race (mile in 1:55) and in the 14th race driving Random Hanover.

The other winners on the night came from James Slendorn in the seventh race aboard his pacer, Ferdinand A, and My Wish Came True won the first with Newton “Yogi” Sheridan in the sulky.

Only one of the four winners was the post time favorite.

Racing will resume back at the Meadowlands for Standardbreds on Oct. 20. The Thoroughbreds will take center stage for the next five weeks. Come out and enjoy some live racing every Friday and Saturday night.
