Dover, DE — Majorca N wired the field in Wednesday’s (March 12) $25,000 Mares Open Handicap Pace at Bally’s Dover.
Majorca N utilized her quick early speed and grabbed an easy lead over Factory Girl, who secured the pocket, through a :26 opening quarter. After backing the half down to :55.1, Majorca N faced a first-over bid from Disturbed Hanover while even-money favorite Incaseyoudidntknow followed second-over.
Majorca N maintained a confident lead and hit the three-quarters in 1:24.1. Factory Girl and Cindy Jo saved ground along the pylons in the stretch but were unable to threaten Majorca N late, who won by two lengths in 1:52.2.

Factory Girl finished second and Cindy Jo grabbed the show spot.
Corey Callahan drove Majorca N, a 10-year-old daughter of Art Major, for trainer Dylan Davis and the partnership of Michael Casalino Jr. and Dylan Davis Racing.
Montrell Teague scored a driving triple.
