Mark Bradley, 63, dies

Columbus, OH — Mark Anthony Bradley, 63, died May 20, 2024.

His death has left a profound void in the hearts of those who knew him.

Born on Oct. 27, 1960, in Columbus, Ohio, he was the son of Roy and Patsy (Hawke).

A 1979 graduate of London High School, he dedicated over three decades of his life as a vet tech at Woodland Run Equine Veterinarian Facility, where his passion for horses shone brightly. His love for all things equine, especially in the world of Standardbreds and Thoroughbreds, was only matched by his deep affection for his nieces and nephews, relishing in playful antics and making cherished memories with them.

An avid traveler and history enthusiast, he found solace in reading, with a preference for newspapers that kept him informed about the world he was so curious about.

In his memory, Mr. Bradley leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, cherished by his father; siblings, Martha Bays, Marilyn (Jeff) Akers, Jannell, Jannette (Dale) Payne, and Marlin (Misty); along with a host of nieces and nephews, Bj Plukarp, Amy Bays, Jodi Bays, Rob (Chrissy) Ison, Michael (Shanda) Ison, Anna (Steve) Adrian, Aaron (Jennifer) Penwell, and Marshall (Samantha) Duty; and a wide circle of great-nieces, great-nephews, relatives, and friends.

Mr. Bradley now journeys into eternity, reuniting with his beloved mother.

Friends and well-wishers are cordially invited to gather at Lynch Family Funeral Home, 124 East High St., London, OH 43140, on Friday (May 24) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with the funeral service commencing at 12 p.m. A touching internment ceremony will follow at Somerford Cemetery, where we will honor his life and bid him a heartfelt farewell as he embarks on his next great adventure.
