Midland Acres online auction begins Wed.

Bloomingburg, OH — Wednesday (Nov. 1) is the first day of bidding for the Midland Acres online yearling auction. There are a total of 11 head to be offered at auction through Animal Auction Co., a new online platform chosen by Midland Acres. Animal Auction Co. is a recently established auction-based website that will be used not only for this sale, but also as an outlet for all breeders and owners of non-Ohio Jug Sale yearlings, out-of-state yearlings, mixed sale entries, etc., in the future.

All yearlings in this sale were born and raised at Midland Acres. Prospective buyers must register to bid. To view entries and register, visit www.animalauctionco.com.

In the past, this late consignment has offered several strong talents, including recent Ohio Sires Stakes final 3-year-old colt champion Grand Revival, who was purchased for $10,500 by Deborah Swartz and Zachary Henry in 2021. Also, last year’s consignment produced the 2023 2-year-old filly pacer and Ohio Fair Champion Finals winner Legend N Cress p,2,1:55.1f ($65,447), who was purchased by Ben Foor for $7,700.
