Northville, MI — Northville Downs, which opened in 1944, will be celebrating its 80th anniversary in 2024. The Metro Detroit raceway will host a 10-day harness racing meet from Jan. 5 to Feb. 3, with racing to be conducted every Friday and Saturday beginning at 7 p.m.

Full-card simulcasting from the best harness and Thoroughbred tracks across the country will continue to be available seven days a week from noon to midnight.

Northville Downs will continue to offer its popular dollar night promotions during each Friday live race night with $1 pop, live programs and popcorn; $2 hot dogs and beer; and hamburger and cheeseburger specials.

All fans, patrons, horsepeople and employees are welcome back to enjoy themselves for one final time as Michigan’s pioneer harness racetrack concludes its 80-year history.
