OHHA to live stream charity night draw

Grove City, OH — The first of four Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association charity nights is scheduled for Sunday (April 23) at Miami Valley Gaming.

Ten charities will participate in the event, each paired with a horse during the eighth race. Each charity will receive a donation from the OHHA for participating, with the top three finishers receiving larger donations. First place will receive $10,000, second place will receive $5,000, and third place $3,000. All other finishers receive $2,000 donations.

The participating charities will find out which horse they are paired with during a live stream on the Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association Facebook page on Friday (April 21) at 11 a.m.

The participating charities are Family Promise of Warren County, Feed The Hungry Project, Folds of Honor Foundation, GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center, Humane Association of Warren County, Miracle Horses Healing Hearts at Sarajevo Stables, Safe on Main, The Live Like Maya Foundation, Threads of Miami Valley, and Warren County and Veterans Suicide Prevention Coalition.
