Grove City, OH – Mares bred in 2024 must be registered with the Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association (OHHA) to be eligible for Ohio Breeder’s Awards. Completed forms must be postmarked by Nov. 30.
Registrations received with postmarks after Nov. 30 will be charged a $100 late fee.
To be eligible for Breeder’s Awards, mares must be bred to a registered Ohio Standardbred stallion, remain in Ohio for 187 consecutive days during the foaling year, and must foal in Ohio. All owners of the mare are required to be OHHA members. New registration forms must be completed each year that the mare is bred.
