Ruthless Hanover wins Philadelphia qualifier
One of the speediest pacers anywhere, the Somebeachsomewhere 6-year-old gelding Ruthless Hanover, made his 2023 debut a successful one during Tuesday morning (March 28) qualifiers at Harrah’s Philadelphia, going wire-to-wire in 1:52.2 for driver George Napolitano Jr., trainer Tom Cancelliere, and owner John Cancelliere.
