U.S. Supreme Court vacates decision rejecting constitutional challenge to HISA
The U.S. Supreme Court announced today that it has granted certiorari in the challenge brought by the United States Trotting Association and others against the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Act), and has vacated the decision and remanded the case for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to reconsider its decision upholding HISA.
