On a Friday (Nov. 8) when it looked like the fast-class older set would be grabbing the headlines at Harrah’s Philadelphia, up pops a maiden 2-year-old altered trotting son of Muscle Hill – Decadence named My Degenerate, who scorched the 5/8-miler oval in 1:53.1, breaking the divisional track record and just missing the divisional world standard.
Amazing Catch sells for record $1.85 million at Standardbred Horse Sale
Canadian Trotting Classic winner Amazing Catch sold Friday for a record $1.85 million during the final session of the 86th annual Standardbred Horse Sale at the Pennsylvania State Farm Show Complex. The 3-year-old trotting colt, a son of Walner-Mets Life, was purchased by Greg Luther.
