Confederate, who has won 10 of 11 races overall, has captured seven in a row by a margin of at least two lengths.

Total wagering on U.S. harness races during the third quarter of 2023 from July 1 through Sept. 30 increased by $6,086,410 (1.53 percent) with $402,675,941 bet this year compared to $396,589,531 during the same three months in 2022.
