All publications are available to purchase through your USTA MyAccount (available to both members and non-members) by clicking Online Services and choosing “Click here to view products available from the USTA Store”, then “Publications” and the product you would like to order.
The Stakes Event Guide will have the upcoming 2025 race schedule, as submitted by tracks and race sponsors, listed chronologically and separated by each age/sex/gait division. It also will include payment schedules and the 2024 race results for features races, including purses, number of divisions and fastest win time for the event.
The Stakes Condition Booklet is an alphabetical listing of race conditions for both open and state restricted stakes, followed by conditions for many of the North American early and late closers, also sorted alphabetically. An index by track will help you find the early and late closers you want to race in.
Both the Event Guide and Conditions Booklet will go to print in mid-January, with the goal of having it in purchaser’s hands by Feb. 1.
The Stakes Calendar has colorful images, race dates, sale dates and helpful USTA closure dates and deadlines, is a large format 11″x14″ publication and runs from March 2025-February 2026. The calendar is scheduled to go to print mid-February.
The Yearling Nomination book is an alphabetical listing of race conditions, for both open and state restricted stakes, which require a yearling nomination payment. The nomination book is scheduled to go to print in mid-April.
A USTA MyAccount is available for free to both USTA members and non-members.
