Manalapan, NJ — The SBOANJ has sponsored four divisions of the SBOA Spring Ahead Series, the first leg kicking off this Saturday (May 20) at Freehold Raceway.

The series is for NJ sired, 6-year-olds and under horses with a TrackMaster Rating of 80 or less as of May 17, 2023. There are four divisions of the races; a pace and a trot for colts and geldings, and a pace and a trot for fillies, with a purse of $5,000 this week. The final for each race is estimated at $15,000 to race on May 27.
