Six-figure auction tops another busy week at onGait.com

Boca Raton, FL – The Captaintreacherous mare The Big Hen p,2,Q1:58.1s led all auctions at onGait.com this week when she sold for $100,400 to Steve Jones of Cameo Hills Farm, New York. In foal to Always B Miki, the half-sister to millionaire Medusa p,3,1:51.2; 1:49 and champion Canadian filly Alicorn p,2,1:50.3 was consigned by Steve Heimbecker of Ontario.

Twin B Jammer p,3,1:52.3s, a 4-year-old son of Sunshine Beach from the Francis Dumouchel Stable and racing at Mohawk brought a winning bid of $62,000 from Frank Canzone of New York.

On Monday (March 6) afternoon, Miss You Kelly 3,1:55.4f was sold by Jay Paul Hoover of Pennsylvania to Oakwood Farms, Agent of Indiana. The Trixton mare brought $34,000. And Imogene Hanover, a Huntsville 3-year-old filly from six-time 1:55 producer Ideal Weather, sold for $30,600 to Indiana breeder Jeff Fought.

Currently in the auction ring are Shadow In Red p,4,1:49.4s, coming off a 2nd place finish at Mohawk Saturday night; It’spronounced Jif p,4,1:52f with nearly $30,000 earned so far this year; Grateful 4,1:58s, a Triumphant Caviar 4yr old with two straight wins at Mohawk and five in-foal broodmares from the Winbak Farms consignment.
