Edgerton, OH – Kristina Smith, Lorie Davis, and Jennifer Main captured this week’s Spring Haven Farm Ladies Driving Series races.
Smith piloted Big Booty Rudy to a winning mile in 2:03.1 at the Allen County Fair in Lima, Ohio, on Tuesday (Aug. 25), Davis found the winner’s circle after a 1:58.4 mile with Rock The Dragon on Wednesday (Aug. 26) at the Darke County Fair in Greenville, and Main came home first with Two Birds Onestone on Thursday (Aug. 27) at the Defiance County Fair in Hicksville, Ohio.
Two Birds Onestone’s winning time of 1:57.1 garnered Main the trophy for the fastest pacing mile of the week along with a cash bonus of $50.
Leslie Joyce continues to lead the series with 397 points. Jazmin Short holds down second place with 332 points with Main in third place with 299 points.
The Spring Haven Farm Ladies Driving Series will next visit the Van Wert County Fair in Van Wert, Ohio. Van Wert will host the ladies on both Tuesday (Sept. 1) and Monday (Sept. 7). Post time for the first race on Tuesday will be 6:30 p.m. (EDT) with Monday’s card getting underway at noon.
