StableDuel launches daily harness racing contests

Lexington, KY — StableDuel LLC (StableDuel), horse racing’s newest and most innovative gaming platform, today announced the release of live contests for harness racing. With the support of the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Association (PHRA), StableDuel will bring new action to harness racing by offering regular, real money prizes on games from a variety of tracks, including Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania, Harrah’s Philadelphia and The Meadows.

StableDuel aims to introduce new fans and players to harness racing with easy-to-play games and a user friendly interface while providing alternative gaming options for regular players seeking variety in play.

Available as an iOS and Android mobile app, StableDuel gives racing fans the chance to compete for real cash prizes on harness races. The first-of-its-kind offering presents a new way for fans and players to engage with each other and share the racing experience.

Contestants compete by selecting a stable of 10 horses from the race card and earn points based on the order of finish for each horse in their stable — from first through fifth. The players with the most accumulated points share the prize pool.

StableDuel’s first harness game will be Sunday (June 11), offering the race card at Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania.

“We are very excited for this partnership and feel that bringing harness to the StableDuel app will be phenomenal exposure that is long overdue for the sport,” said Dawnelle Mock of the PHRA.

“Since our introduction of steeplechase games in April, StableDuel has clearly established itself as the leader in the horseracing contest space,” said Bri Mott, a Managing Director at StableDuel. “Our games are fun, entertaining, and easy to play. Harness racing is a great sport with a long history that’s worthy of something new and we are grateful for our relationship with the PHRA. We believe that StableDuel is the ideal platform to share and grow the fanship of harness racing.”

StableDuel’s proven ability to increase handle provides an avenue of growth for the harness industry both from existing horseplayers and new fans alike. In addition to the three tracks in Pennsylvania, StableDuel has content partnerships with The Meadowlands, Hoosier, Woodbine Mohawk, Bangor, and The Little Brown Jug.
