Fallout overcame failing cover on the far turn and rallied to narrowly prevail in a four-horse photo finish in the $274,720 Grade 2 Progress Pace, for 3-year-olds, on Wednesday (Nov. 26) at Bally’s Dover, pulling a 20-1 upset in the act.

Metro winner Fallout returns to Red Mile Saturday
