On Friday, their Buzzsaw Russ will head to the $300,000 Dan Patch Stakes for older male pacers at Harrah’s Hoosier Park as the 5-2 morning-line favorite.

Ryder Stable hosts event for preschoolers
The Chris Ryder Stable welcomed more than two dozen preschoolers from Fantazja Przedszkole, a bilingual daycare center for Polish-American and Ukrainian children located in Trenton, to Winners Training Center to meet and learn about Standardbred horses last week. Harry Ryder, the son of Patrick Ryder and Nadia Tarnawa, attends the daycare.
