Harrington, DE — R. Wayne Pryor and Wendy Crissman’s Time Flies N triumphed in 1:55 in her Harrington Raceway debut on Tuesday in the featured $11,000 winners over pace. Trained by Chuck Crissman, Jr., the five-year-old In The Pocket mare made a quarter pole move to the front with driver Mike Cole and held pocket sitting Nuclear Power at bay for the one length win, which pushed her over $90,000 in seasonal earnings. Josh Green (21 wins) and Crissman (20) each won one race on the program to keep the race close in the trainer standings. An unfortunate accident marred race five, when Fashenable Stature (Ross Wolfenden) went off stride on the backstretch and entered the path of trailing horses, thus causing a chain reaction among Western Fate (Toby Lynch, Jr.), Cloudy Heights N (Steve Warrington) and Escape The Night (Eddie Davis, Jr.), who each fell. Fortunately, none of the drivers or horses appeared to suffer any major injuries. The race was ruled a no contest and the $82,000 (est.) wagered was refunded.
