Columbus, OH — The 2024 version of the U.S. Trotting Association’s rule book is now available on the USTA website by clicking here.

The USTA Rule Book App, found on Apple iTunes and Google Play, has also been updated and may be found in the app stores by searching “USTrotting.”

The 2024 rule book includes the 16 rule and bylaw changes that were approved at the annual meeting of the USTA Board of Directors in March, 14 of which become effective on May 1. The entire list of approved changes may be viewed here.
