Columbus, OH – The U.S. Trotting Association is seeking an ID Technician for New Jersey, Lower New York, and Northeastern Pennsylvania area. The position will be available in January 2025 to allow ample time for training.
The USTA would like to thank Jim Shupe for his many years of dedicated and exceptional service in that area. He will be available until his full time replacement is found and trained.
Qualified individuals will serve as a contractor to the USTA for servicing said territory and compensation will be on a per-head basis. At this time, the individual will be responsible for collecting DNA/hair samples, as well as microchipping and /or freeze-branding roughly 900 horses annually. The selected individual will report to the assistant registrar of the USTA. Details regarding terms of contract will be discussed if interested.
