Versailles, KY – Due to the high number of horses entered to participate in the Kentucky Proud Series races at the Woodford County Fair, held at Highbramble Park, in Versailles, Ky., on Saturday (July 5), the following protocols will be in place to ensure the safety and efficiency of the racing day.
Morning Program — 2-Year-Olds
- Post time: 8 a.m.
- Arrival Time: All horses entered in the morning 11-race program may access stalls at Highbramble Park no earlier than 12 noon and no later than 8 p.m. on Friday (July 4). No exceptions can be made in this regard.
- Departure Requirement: These horses must vacate the grounds after their respective races and no later than 12 noon on Saturday.
Afternoon Program — 3-Year-Olds
- Post time: 2 p.m.
- Arrival Time: All horses entered in the afternoon 12-race program may access stalls at Highbramble Park no earlier than 12 noon on Saturday.
- Departure Requirement: These horses must vacate the grounds after their respective races on Saturday. No overnight boarding will be provided.
Important Compliance Reminders
- Coggins and health papers are required.
- Shavings and other bedding are not provided.
- Race participants are responsible for cleaning occupied stalls.
