Dover, DE — A $10,100 Delaware Pace and a pair of $25,000 claiming paces plus are co-feature races at Dover Downs on Sunday, November 28. Post time is 5:30 p.m. Wright Pratt’s veteran Tommy’s Eldorado drops down a notch and drew the rail in the $10,100 Delaware Pace. Jeff Franklin and Todd Wise’s Rocky Spur steps up in company and leaves from post nine in the second tier with meet leading driver Brad Hanners at the controls. Spun Out, now 11 and owned by Jim McGinnis and Russell Kirby, gets post two and Jim Morand to drive. Bob Truitt, Frank Condurso and driver Bobby Myers’ Fittin Good, Destry Hanover, owned, trained and driven by Toby Lynch, Jr., and Ron Waller and Nanticoke Racing’s Vested Hanover are strong contenders. Mike Horsey’s The T Man, with Ross Wolfenden, Bonnie Jacobs’ CB’s Julius, handled by Ray Guenette and Alexander Rice’s Titanium Sakra, with Hal Belote, are the other starters. In a $25,000 claiming pace, Nick Callahan’s Life Moves On (Brad Hanners) makes his first start after being claimed after a 1:54 victory last time out. Rodney Long’s Drop Zone (Ross Wolfenden) won at this level last week, but will be burdened by starting from the outside in a field of eight. Gemini Racing’s Yare (George Dennis), Tom Weber’s Mike’s Pal N (Jim Morand), also a first-time starter for a new owner, and Draw Me Bye (Herve Filion), owned by Club Risque Stable and Brandrew Racing, can not be overlooked. Harness Master Racing’s Super Sloy A (Eddie Davis, Jr.), Shadow Maker A (Roger Plante), owned by Joe Spano and Dom Rafanelli, and Larry Hughes’ Last Card Johnnie (Rick Murphy) have upset credentials. Tim Hundertpfund’s Real Hush (Ross Wolfenden) won last time out and steps up in price in the second $25,000 claimer. Jim and Glenna Lunn’s Hale Hylight (Mike Cole) has been sharp of late while Gary Zambor and trainer Ron Millman’s Albagold (Vic Kirby) drops down from the $30,000 ranks. Wayne Pryor and Wendy Crissman’s Move On (Sean Bier) won his qualifying race impressively. PH Outlaw (Eddie Davis, Jr.), owned by Al Moor, Janice Watkinson and J&E Stable is rounding into form. John Littleton’s Fox Valley Yacob (Hal Belote) starts from the rail, while Bill Emmons’ Rainmaker Hanover (George Dennis) drew the outside post. Two $35,218 Matron Stakes three-year-old colt pace eliminations featuring Holborn Hanover, Western Terror, Timesareachanging and Quik Pulse Mindale highlight another standout Monday card at Dover Downs.
