Paris – Six-year-old Epic Kronos, trained by Daniel Redén, had a strong August, winning the two biggest races for open-class trotters: Åby Stora Pris and Sundsvall Open Trot.
Together, those victories brought in SEK 2,550,000, or about US$270,000, in earnings.
On Saturday afternoon, Epic Kronos, sired by Muscle Hill, was a decisive winner of the Sundsvall Open Trot, driven by Örjan Kihlström.
Epic Kronos won comfortably ahead of stablemate Kentucky River with Magnus A. Djuse, while Get a Wish, driven by Robert Bergh, finished third.
Epic Kronos is being aimed at the 2027 Prix d’Amérique, where he finished third this year.
