Chuck Simon, 57, dies
Chuck Simon, who briefly served as the assistant racing secretary at Yonkers during the early 1990s before venturing into what would be a successful training career in the Thoroughbred industry, passed away Sunday (Sept. 8) in Saratoga Springs, NY. He was 57 and had been battling cancer.
