Justin Irvine gave Princess Rougarou a heads-up drive as she doubled up in the Northville Downs’ featured $10,800 Mares Open Pace Friday night (April 28).

Favorite YS Lotus made it a clean sweep in the Jumpstart Series for horses with a Trackmaster Rating of 73 or less at Buffalo Raceway on Friday afternoon by winning the $25,000 finale.

The pacing powerhouse Ruthless Hanover came within a fifth of a second of the oldest track record on the books at Harrah’s Philadelphia, winning the $20,000 Open handicap pace for males on Friday afternoon (April 21) in 1:48.3.

There were three $17,500 co-featured condition paces divided by gender at Plainridge Park on Monday afternoon (April 17) and all three winners turned in very impressive performances.

C Is For Cookie and Relentless Julie repeated in the Bobby Weiss Series for three-year-old pacing fillies on Tuesday afternoon at Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania, winning their respective $20,000 second prelim events.
