Barncat Trivia continues Friday

Kitchener, ON — This Friday (May 15) marks the second of four Barncat Trivia events where players compete against fellow horse racing enthusiasts in a live virtual contest.

Sixty fun, all-original multiple-choice questions are presented over three games (rounds) starting at 7 p.m. (EDT). The contest is free to play.

An online show corresponds with each trivia event featuring a game host and special guests. The boys from Tara Hills Stud will join this week’s half-time show after trivia game one (approximately 7:20 p.m.). Farm owner Dave Heffering will tour players throughout Tara Hills, one of North America’s premiere Standardbred breeding farms where they stand nine champion trotters and pacers and raise quality yearlings. Players will meet Kadabra (Canada’s leading stallion and sire of 2019 Hambletonian champ and Horse of the Year, Forbidden Trade), plus Alarm Detector, Control The Moment, Flanagan Memory, He’s Watching, Muscle Mass, Resolve, Royalty For Life and Sportswriter.

A teaser video can be viewed at https://youtu.be/uZS7sfC_hlY.

Friday’s game and live show can be accessed at www.barncattrivia.com. The website also provides an email notification service to remind players of game times.

Last week’s top scorer of the 191 players was driver/trainer Anthony Haughan (playing as HolidayYogi7) who correctly answered 49 of 60 questions for 4,169 points. Dan Fisher (EarthCherub6) was close behind with 4,050 points and Justin Fisher (RoseSkater8) rounded out the top three with 3,807 points.
