Agriculture & NYS Horse Breeding Development Fund announces County Fair Racetrack Capital Improvement Program
The Agriculture & NYS Horse Breeding Development Fund has announced the Fund will implement a County Fair Racetrack Capital Improvement Program. The Fund will disburse up to $15,000 for the purpose of capital construction of, or equipment to maintain, the racetrack.
Darke County (OH) banquet set for Feb. 17
