USTA aware of Delaware Harness Racing Commission sanctions
The USTA is aware of the sanctions handed down by the Delaware Harness Racing Commission (DHRC) on Oct. 17, 2024, subsequent to hearings held by that commission for seven USTA members who were the trainers-of-record for racehorses that tested positive for an unapproved medication, namely ADB-Fubinaca (synthetic cannabis).
