Due to the winter storm, Miami Valley is canceling live racing for today (Feb. 16).

Woodbine Entertainment has announced tonight’s (February 15) card of live racing at Woodbine Mohawk Park has been cancelled due to heavy snowfall forecasted for Milton and the surrounding area.

As Harrah’s Hoosier Park prepares for its rapidly approaching 32nd season of live harness racing, qualifier dates have been set in advance of opening day on Friday (March 14).

Out of an abundance of caution regarding the impending winter storm, opening day racing on Saturday (Feb. 15) at Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania has been canceled.

Due to deteriorating weather and the resulting track conditions, Batavia Downs management has canceled live racing for Thursday (Feb. 13) afternoon due to an abundance of caution for the safety of all the horses and horsepeople. 

Woodbine Mohawk Park’s Race Office has added two Pop-Up Series to next week’s condition sheet.

With a forecast that called for a snowfall of four inches or more, accompanied by ice expected to make for treacherous driving, Meadowlands management made the decision to cancel racing last Saturday (Feb. 8) at approximately 9 a.m.

Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania is scheduled to begin its 2025 harness racing season on Saturday afternoon (Feb. 15). Post time is at 1 p.m., opening a campaign that marks the 60th anniversary of racing at the Wilkes-Barre Township track.

Due to inclement weather affecting both track condition and travel conditions for horsepeople, the Wednesday (Feb. 12) harness racing program at Rosecroft Raceway has been postponed to Thursday (Feb. 13). First post will remain 7:15 p.m.
